How to sell during a recession

People love spending money – even with all this inflation.

I just ate a fancy brunch this morning and spent money I shouldn’t have.

I went to the hardware store yesterday and bought a bunch of stuff I should’ve have. I was in a money spending mood.

Heck, we went to the fabric store earlier and couldn’t get out without me finding a hot wheels I wanted and my daughter finding a toy dinosaur she had to have.

Then we headed straight to the fireworks stand after that.

My point is that if I’m spending money in this economy, then almost anybody will spend money in this economy.

As long as you have a good product or service that will help people or is something people really want, you’ll do fine in these crazy times.

In fact, now is probably time to increase your marketing – not back down. I’m mainly talking about email marketing.

If you already have an email list, just take a little extra time to send more emails. This is basically free marketing that will almost always bring in sales. Offer some value in the emails so you aren’t just sending straight promotions all the time.

People will love the value you offer and will likely buy from you if they haven’t already. Worst case, you build a good relationship with your list.

And if you want to take advantage of email marketing in these trying times but don’t have the time or don’t know where to start?

Well I can help with that. I offer risk free email marketing. Whether that be in the form of a trial period or performance based deal. Every business is different, so reach out if you’re interested and we can work something out.
